It’s becoming extremely popular for photographers to use continuous lights for photography. The reason is simple, more and more photographers offer videos for their clients. When you want the video and images to match, you need to use continuous light sources and not flash. Practilite fixtures, both the LED fresnels (Practilite 602 and Practilite 604) and LED panel (Practilite 802) are flicker free. This simply means one can film at any frame rate (tested up to 2000 frames per second) and also make slow motion videos.
